Order Vs. Chaos

The difference between order and chaos is just your point of view.

Order and chaos aren’t objective realities. They’re perspectives.

👉 What looks like chaos to one person might be perfectly structured to another. A fast-moving startup? Innovative to one, disorganized to another.

Conflict works the same way. A leader sees a rebellious employee, but the employee sees a dysfunctional system.

A team sees an unpredictable boss, but the boss sees themselves as creative and flexible. Neither side is wrong. They just have different vantage points.

👍 As a manager, try to remember that a disruptive person might be a necessary challenge to the status quo, and a team that looks calm and collected might just be burned out.

💡 Perspectives shape reality. Not the other way around.

❔ How do you give yourself reality checks?
